Strawberry

Aren’t you enticed by the color and yumminess?

Strawberries contain flavonoids that help with weight maintenance. And then, in turn, prevents obesity and its potential consequences.

Also, a cup of strawberries provides nearly a quarter of the daily manganese goal that helps produce collagen and promote skin and bone health.

They have anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce pain, oxidative stress, and markers of inflammation.

Another interesting fact is that it helps reduce cancer risk by inhibiting tumor growth and the spread of cancer cells.

Strawberries protect against cardiovascular diseases because of the presence of potassium which improves heart health.

Strawberries can be enjoyed as smoothies, sliced or chopped, and it’s perfect for treats and desserts.

Don’t forget to add strawberries to your list of consumables
