HOW TO MAKE 3RD TRIMESTER MORE COMFORTABLE: Helpful Tips
As you approach the 3rd trimester of pregnancy (28 – 40 weeks), your baby’s development is rapid and it’s common to experience aches and pains as the weight you’re carrying increases. It’s still important to maintain your balanced diet, making sure you get enough nutrients to keep you and your baby healthy.
The 3rd and final trimester can be uncomfortable, your baby will triple in weight. Although not quite ready to greet the world just yet, your baby is now almost fully formed with well-developed organs that will continue to mature until birth.
There are common issues for women during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy listed below.
To Reduce Stretch Marks or Skin Discoloration on your Tummy;
Use lotions to add moisture to dry, itchy areas
Avoid sun exposure
Watch your weight to help limit the stretch marks, which is often caused by rapid weight gain
Focus on including foods with plenty of vitamin C in your diet to keep your skin toned.
