Chia seeds are tiny, black seeds of the chia plant. 

Chia seeds are good sources of:

-quality protein.

-antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. 

-manganese which promotes metabolism, growth, and development

– phosphorus and calcium for good bone health

Chia seeds are versatile……great addition to smoothies, and oatmeals amongst others.
